  • Sweet pepper2× piece (460 g)
  • Cirio Chopped Tomatoes 400g1× package (400 g)
  • Eggs chicken whole free-range4× piece (240 g)
  • Onion2× piece (240 g)
  • Butter1× tablespoon (12 g)
  • Tesco Dried Mixed Herbs2× teaspoon (4 g)
  • Salt2× pinch (1 g)

How to make Ratatouille eggs

  1. 1. Slice onion, courgettes and deseeded and sliced bell peppers.

  2. 2. Heat the butter in a large frying pan over a medium heat. Add the vegetables and fry until golden and starting to soften.

  3. 3. Add in the tinned chopped tomatoes and spices, mix well. Bring to the boil and simmer for 10 mins or until vegetables are soft.

  4. 4. Make four small holes and crack in the eggs separately. Keep the heat on medium and allow eggs to cook through.
