How to make Non-wrapped Polish cabbage rolls with brussel sprouts

  1. 1. Saute onion and add turkey mince.

  2. 2. Fry untill cooked and add salt, pepper and mayoram. Add tomato passata and vegetables stock.

  3. 3. Add halved brussel sprouts and rice. Cover and cook on a low heat untill the rice is cooked (20-30mins).
