How to make Turkey meatballs with tomato sauce

  1. 1. Mix turkey mince meat with Stilton cheese, garlic, season with basil, salt and pepper.

  2. 2. Form small balls and throw them into water mixed with stock. Boil for 20mins.

  3. 3. In a meantime cook potatoes and mash them in the end.

  4. 4. Heat chopped canned tomatoes, season to taste with basil. Blend.

  5. 5. Serve everything together.
