How to make Cheddar, sweetcorn, pepper and guacamole bake

  1. 1. Wash and slice the pepper.

  2. 2. Slice the baguette in half and spread with pesto. Then place the pepper, sweetcorn and grated cheddar cheese on it.

  3. 3. Bake the baguette in an oven heated to 180C for 7 min.

  4. 4. Meanwhile, prepare the guacamole. Cut the avocado in half, remove the stone and place the flesh in a bowl. Add the chopped or pressed garlic, salt, pepper and lemon juice. Mash it into a paste with a fork or blend it.

  5. 5. Serve the bake with guacamole.
