How to make Ham, cheese and egg muffins

  1. 1. Heat the oven to 180C.

  2. 2. Grease the muffin tray with olive oil.

  3. 3. Place the ham, grated cheese and halved cocktail tomatoes inside, then pour the egg over (don’t beat it, the yolk should be whole).

  4. 4. Bake for 15-20 min, keeping the yolk liquid.

  5. 5. Sprinkle with chopped chives before serving.
