How to make Breakfast burger with cottage cheese, salmon and rocket

  1. 1. Chop the chives. Finely dice the radish. Mix the vegetables together thoroughly with the curd cheese and yoghurt, and season with salt and pepper.

  2. 2. Cut the roll in half, spread the curd cheese on it, then place the smoked salmon, a tomato slice and rocket on top. Cover with the other half of the roll.
