  • Closed Cup Mushroom30 g

How to make Tortellini Puttanesca

  1. 1. Heat the oil in a large frying pan. Add the garlic (minced), chopped anchovies, olives, red pepper flakes and stir. Then after a couple of minutes, add the chopped mushrooms and tomatoes to the pan.

  2. 2. Fry on a medium heat for 4 minutes. Meanwhile, make the chicken stock.

  3. 3. Add the tortellini to the pan and pour in the chicken stock. Simmer for 4-5 minutes until the sauce starts to thicken. Add the honey to sweeten to taste.

  4. 4. Plate up half of the dish and top with pepper and grated parmesan.
