How to make Anabolic Chicken, Broccoli and Peas with Yellow Rice

  1. 1. Cook your chicken till its done. You can use spices of your preference

  2. 2. Steam your broccoli till its done, not too soft but still abit crunchy

  3. 3. Mix 1 tbs of turmeric with your rice and let it boil till done.

  4. 4. When rice is done mix your Peas with the rice.

  5. 5. Serve up and Enjoy :)
