  • Coconut oil5× tablespoon (50 g)
  • Hazelnuts1× handful (30 g)
  • Cocoa powder2× tablespoon (20 g)
  • Erythritol1× tablespoon (10 g)
  • Coconut shreds1× tablespoon (6 g)
  • Baking powder0.5× teaspoon (2 g)

How to make Keto rolls with chocolate cream à la nutella

  1. 1. Heat up the oven to around 150°C.

  2. 2. Separate the egg white from the yolk and beat it into a stiff foam in a blender.

  3. 3. Add the baking powder to the egg whites and continue whisking until the mass becomes glossy and opaque.

  4. 4. Mix the cream cheese with the yolks until the ingredients are well combined.

  5. 5. Slowly add the whisked whites to the yolk and cheese mix.

  6. 6. Spread the dough out with a tablespoon onto baking paper, in portions 1-2 cm apart and bake for 30 minutes.

  7. 7. Let the rolls cool.

  8. 8. Cut the avocado in half, remove the stone and flesh from the skin with a spoon.

  9. 9. Blend the avocado, hazelnuts, cocoa, coconut oil and erythritol into a smooth mass.

  10. 10. Serve the rolls spread with the chocolate cream and garnished with coconut flakes.
