How to make Cod baked in leek sauce

  1. 1. Wash the fish, dry it with a paper towel and place it in a casserole dish greased with olive oil. Season the fish with salt and pepper, drizzle with lemon juice

  2. 2. Cut the leek in half lengthwise and chop it finely.

  3. 3. Fry the chopped leek in oil in a pan. Once the leek has lost its volume, add a little water and cream, then bring to the boil, stirring continuously. Finally, add salt and pepper to taste.

  4. 4. Pour the prepared sauce over the fish and bake in an oven pre-heated to 180C for around 20 min.

  5. 5. Sprinkle the fish with chopped dill before serving.
