How to make Chicken tenderloins in keto coating with green beans

  1. 1. Preheat the oven to 180°C.

  2. 2. Mix the mayonnaise with basil and oregano and then marinate the washed and dried chicken tenderloins in it. Afterwards, coat the tenderloins in almond flour and grated parmesan. Lay the prepared tenderloins on a baking tray lined with baking paper or in a heatproof dish and bake for approx. 30 minutes.

  3. 3. In the meantime, wash the green beans and trim their ends, then boil in salted water.

  4. 4. Mix the cooked green beans with butter and chopped dill.

  5. 5. Mix the Skyr with grated garlic as well as salt and pepper.

  6. 6. Serve the tenderloins with the Skyr dip and green beans.
