How to make Keto cheese and bacon nachos

  1. 1. Preheat the oven to 150°C.

  2. 2. Grate both cheeses. Cut the bacon into strips or cubes.

  3. 3. Spread the Cheddar cheese on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Sprinkle the Cheddar with bacon, and then add the yellow cheese as the final layer.

  4. 4. Use a knife to straighten the edges, ensuring the grated cheese forms a square shape.

  5. 5. Bake in the oven for 10 minutes or until the cheese has melted and starts to brown. Remove from the oven and allow to cool.

  6. 6. Cut the baked cheese layer into strips, and then into triangles. You can use a knife or scissors for this.

  7. 7. Place the sliced nachos back onto the baking tray lined with baking paper and bake again for about 2 minutes until they're crispy.
