How to make Magda’s Cloud fluffy bread
1. Separate the yolks from the egg whites. Beat the egg whites until stiff with a pinch of salt. Mix the yolks with the cheese in a separate bowl. Make sure there’s no lumps. Add the beaten egg whites to the yolk mixture and gently mix. Place 6 fluffy breads on baker paper. Bake for about 20 minutes in air fryer on 150 degrees. Keep checking from time to time. After 10 minutes flip them over. You may need silicone spatula to lift them. If lightly browned it means they are ready. Store in a plastic container up to 3-4 days. They are crispy on the same day and within a time they become soft but still nice. If you prefer you don’t have to flip them over but the bottom may be a bit soggy. When removed from the air fryer let it rest for a moment and it becomes fluffy. If you don’t turn them, shorten baking time for about 7 minutes. You can add seeds, chive, smoked paprika to the mixture or whatever you like. But I would not add a lot just to make sure the mixture is not too heavy and we still keep the lightness .
