How to make Courgette roulade with salmon and cream cheese

  1. 1. Wash and thinly slice the courgette.

  2. 2. Heat up a dry grill pan and gently roast each slice on both sides for about a minute. Then let it cool.

  3. 3. Transfer the slices to a board or plate. Spread cream cheese on each of them, season with salt and pepper, then place a piece of salmon on top and add rocket. Roll into roulades.
