How to make Keto courgette crisps

  1. 1. Thinly slice the courgette, then put it in a bowl, pour on the oil, add the seasoning and mix together.

  2. 2. Line a baking tray with baking paper, put the courgette slices on it. Garnish with grated cheese.

  3. 3. Place the courgette in an oven preheated to 220C (up/down mode) for 10 minutes. Then for 5 minutes at 200C (convection mode).
