  • Semi-skimmed milk3× cup (660 ml)
  • Water15× tablespoon (150 ml)
  • Pumpkin1.25× cup (145 g)
  • Erythritol6× tablespoon (60 g)
  • Nutmeg, ground1× pinch (2 g)
  • Ginger, fresh1× slice (2 g)
  • Ground Cinnamon1.5× pinch (1.5 g)

How to make Pumpkin Spice Latte

  1. 1. Pour some water into a pot and toss in the pumpkin, grated ginger, and spices. Bring it to a boil and let it simmer with the lid on for about 10 minutes.

  2. 2. Once the pumpkin's soft, add erythritol and blend everything until it's super smooth.

  3. 3. Brew your coffee. Warm up the milk.

  4. 4. Scoop some pumpkin puree into a mug, pour in the milk and give it a good stir. Add your coffee next, top it off with some froth, and sprinkle with a bit of cinnamon.
