How to make Christmas chocolate dessert

  1. 1. Melt the chocolate with the milk in a double boiler.

  2. 2. Blend the melted chocolate with Skyr and erythritol.

  3. 3. At the bottom of a dessert glass, place crushed cocoa biscuits, then layer the cream on top.

  4. 4. Decorate to create a reindeer face: place the icing eyes in the middle, a raspberry nose below, and pretzels at the top for ears.
