How to make Chicken Nuggets with Garlic-Basil Dip
1. Preheat the oven to 190°C.
2. Cut the chicken into larger cubes resembling nuggets.
3. Season the meat with half of the spices and mix thoroughly.
4. Mix the remaining spices with crushed cornflakes.
5. Dip the chicken pieces in the beaten egg, then coat thoroughly with the cornflakes.
6. Place the chicken on the oven racks and bake for about 18 minutes.
7. Blend the yogurt with garlic, basil, salt, and pepper.
8. Serve the chicken nuggets with the garlic-basil dip.
