  • Sugar-free vanilla pudding, instant2× package (70 g)
  • Erythritol4× tablespoon (40 g)
  • Cocoa powder1× tablespoon (10 g)

How to make Cheesecake Muffins Sprinkled with Cocoa

  1. 1. Beat the eggs with erythritol until fluffy. Add Skyr and the vanilla pudding powder and mix everything well.

  2. 2. Transfer the batter into silicone molds (if using metal molds, make sure to grease them beforehand).

  3. 3. Preheat your oven to 200°C and place the muffins into the oven before it has fully heated up. Bake for 15-20 minutes from the moment you put them in.

  4. 4. After baking, don't remove them immediately; leave them to cool down inside the oven.

  5. 5. Before serving, sprinkle the muffins with cocoa powder.
