How to make Goat cheese baked with fenugreek, cocktail tomatoes, courgette and basil

  1. 1. Heat the oven to 180C.

  2. 2. Slice the goat cheese and courgette.

  3. 3. Arrange the slices of cheese and courgette alternately in an oiled casserole dish. Place the halved cocktail tomatoes on top.

  4. 4. Sprinkle with salt, pepper and fenugreek and bake for approx. 15 min.

  5. 5. Serve drenched with linseed oil.
