How to make Spelt banana muffins with almonds and sunflower seeds

  1. 1. Preheat the oven to 180°C.

  2. 2. Mix erythritol with eggs.

  3. 3. Mash the peeled bananas with a fork and add to the egg mixture.

  4. 4. Chop the almonds into smaller pieces.

  5. 5. Add flour, baking powder, crushed almonds, yogurt, and sunflower seeds to the egg mixture and mix thoroughly.

  6. 6. Pour the mixture into muffin tins and bake for about 25 minutes.

  7. 7. Remove and allow to cool; the muffins should be slightly moist.
