How to make Onion bhaji yorkshires

  1. 1. Fry onions at high heat with two tablespoons oil until brown

  2. 2. Add teaspoon chilli and half teaspoon turmeric and half teaspoon cumin seeds and fry for another 2 minutes at low heat

  3. 3. Let onions cool 5o room temperature in a bowel

  4. 4. Add two eggs and flour, mix together well

  5. 5. Slowly stir in milk

  6. 6. Dish into twelve cupcake tin

  7. 7. Bake at 220 fan for 15 to 20 minutes until golden
