How to make Protein dessert with baked peaches and pistachio skyr

  1. 1. Cut the peach into quarters.

  2. 2. Place the peach on the grill pan and roast for 3 minutes. Then turn and roast for a further 3 minutes.

  3. 3. In a bowl, mix the skyr, crumbled cottage cheese, and lemon zest.

  4. 4. Transfer the peaches to a plate and top with the skyr mixture, then drizzle with honey and sprinkle with peeled pistachios and mint leaves.
