  • Erythritol1× tablespoon (10 g)
  • Cinnamon, ground1× teaspoon (3 g)

How to make Low carb cinnamon dessert with mascarpone and walnuts

  1. 1. Mix the mascarpone, erythritol, and half of the cinnamon. Transfer it to a jar.

  2. 2. Heat butter in a pan and add the rest of the cinnamon. Then add the walnuts and stir so that the cinnamon coats the walnuts.

  3. 3. Once done, transfer the walnuts to the mascarpone, and pour the remaining cinnamon from the pan into the jar.
