How to make Pinsa with tomato sauce, burrata, and pistachios

  1. 1. Prepare the pizza sauce. Heat olive oil in a pan and sauté chopped garlic and onion for about 5 minutes. Then add tomatoes and spices, and bring the sauce to a boil. After boiling, blend into a smooth paste.

  2. 2. Preheat the oven to 250°C.

  3. 3. Spread the sauce over the pinsa, if there's too much sauce, keep some for serving with the pinsa.

  4. 4. Bake the prepared pinsa on a baking sheet for about 6 minutes. Meanwhile, chop or grind the peeled pistachios into small pieces and slice the cherry tomatoes.

  5. 5. After removing from the oven, decorate the pinsa with cherry tomato slices and arrange pieces of burrata on top.

  6. 6. Sprinkle with pistachios and basil leaves.
