How to make Baked cottage cheese with mozzarella and sun-dried tomatoes

  1. 1. Blend the cottage cheese into a smooth mixture with the egg, salt, and pepper.

  2. 2. Transfer the mixture into an ovenproof dish.

  3. 3. Top the cottage cheese with diced sun-dried tomatoes, then cover with slices of mozzarella.

  4. 4. Sprinkle the entire dish with oregano.

  5. 5. Bake at 150 degrees Celsius for 20 minutes, then increase the temperature to 200 degrees Celsius and bake for another 5 minutes. For the last 3 minutes, also put slices of bread in the oven to crisp them up.

  6. 6. Enjoy the baked cottage cheese with the toasted bread.
