How to make Corn skewers with halloumi and garlic sauce

  1. 1. Prepare the sauce. Press the garlic clove through a garlic press, mix it with yogurt, salt, and pepper. Put it in the fridge for 30 minutes.

  2. 2. Cut the corn into strips about 2 cm thick, the pepper and halloumi into cubes, and the zucchini into slices about 1 cm thick.

  3. 3. Thread the corn, zucchini, halloumi, pepper, and tomato alternately onto a skewer.

  4. 4. Heat olive oil in a pan. Grill the skewers on each side for about 3 minutes per side.

  5. 5. Serve the skewers with the garlic sauce.
