How to make Cheese and egg spread wrap with vegetables and ham

  1. 1. Hard-boil the egg. Place it in cold water and cook for 6 minutes from boiling.

  2. 2. Meanwhile, slice the cucumber and bell pepper.

  3. 3. Cool the boiled egg in cold water and peel it.

  4. 4. In a bowl, place the egg, grated mozzarella, skyr, mayonnaise, dill, spices. Blend everything in a food processor.

  5. 5. Spread the prepared mixture on the tortilla, and place the ham and vegetables on one half.

  6. 6. Fold the tortilla in half.
