How to make Shredded chicken sandwich with sweet chili sauce

  1. 1. Pan-fry the chicken breast in olive oil. Season with salt and pepper.

  2. 2. Once it's cooked, shred it using forks and mix it with sweet chili sauce.

  3. 3. Cut the ciabatta in half and toast it in the oven or a toaster. Slice the tomato into thin slices.

  4. 4. Mix the mayonnaise with the skyr.

  5. 5. Spread the mayonnaise sauce on both halves of the bun, then layer lettuce, chicken, and tomato in sequence. Top with the other half of the bun.
