How to make Spaghetti with cod and zucchini

  1. 1. Finely chop the onion, chili, and garlic.

  2. 2. Heat the olive oil and sauté the chopped ingredients for 5 minutes. Add halved olives and cook for another 4 minutes.

  3. 3. Dice the zucchini and add it to the pan. Cover and cook for about 15 minutes.

  4. 4. Cook the pasta according to the package instructions.

  5. 5. Cut the cod into cubes, add it to the pan, and cook until it starts to break into smaller pieces.

  6. 6. Add the tomatoes and the cooked pasta, then mix everything together.

  7. 7. Serve on a plate, topped with grated Parmesan and fresh basil.
