How to make Cottage cheese wrap with mozzarella, avocado, rocket, and olives

  1. 1. Blend the cottage cheese with the egg and spread it on a baking tray lined with parchment paper. The batter should be shaped like a rectangle.

  2. 2. Bake the wrap at 180°C for about 25 minutes.

  3. 3. Once baked, let it cool and separate it from the parchment paper.

  4. 4. On one half of the wrap, place sliced mozzarella and avocado, then sprinkle with rocket and sliced olives.

  5. 5. Fold the wrap in half and eat it cold, or lightly toast it on a dry pan until the mozzarella slightly melts.
