How to make Carrot omelette with peanut butter and walnuts

  1. 1. Wash, peel, and grate the carrot.

  2. 2. In a bowl, mix the eggs with erythritol and the grated carrot.

  3. 3. Heat the olive oil in a pan and pour in the egg mixture. Cover and cook on low heat until the omelette is set on both sides.
