  • Eggs chicken1× portion (60 g)
  • Turkey slices1× slice (20 g)
  • Cheese, Gouda1× slice (20 g)
  • Tomato1× slice (20 g)
  • Lamb's lettuce0.1× portion (10 g)

  1. 1. Blend the cottage cheese with the egg and spread it onto a baking tray lined with parchment paper. Shape it into a rectangle.

  2. 2. Bake the wrap at 180°C for about 25 minutes.

  3. 3. Once baked, let it cool and separate it from the parchment paper.

  4. 4. Cut a slit from the centre of the wrap to the edge along the longer side.

  5. 5. Arrange the ingredients: place the ham on the bottom left quarter, tomato slices above it, lamb’s lettuce on the right, and cheese in the last section.

  6. 6. Fold the wrap inwards and eat it cold, or lightly toast it in a dry pan until the cheese slightly melts.
