  • Tuna, canned in brine, drained1.5× tablespoon (45 g)
  • Tomatoes, sun dried2× piece (14 g)
  • Dill, fresh2× tablespoon (10 g)
  • Salt2× pinch (1 g)
  • Pepper, black1× pinch (1 g)

How to make Baked cottage cheese with mozzarella, tuna, sun-dried tomatoes, and dill

  1. 1. Blend the cottage cheese with the egg, salt, and pepper until smooth. Once combined, add the tuna, chopped dill, seasonings, and diced sun-dried tomatoes. Mix well.

  2. 2. Pour the mixture into an ovenproof dish.

  3. 3. Place slices of mozzarella on top.

  4. 4. Bake at 150°C for 20 minutes, then increase the temperature to 200°C and bake for another 5 minutes.

  5. 5. Enjoy the baked cheese with rye bread. You can also toast the bread in the oven for the last 5 minutes for extra crispiness.
