1. Boil ¾ of the eggs until hard, and in a separate pot, cook the white sausage.
2. Beat ¼ of the eggs.
3. Use a glass to cut out circles from the puff pastry, and then brush each circle with the beaten egg.
4. Slice the boiled eggs and sausage into approximately 0.5 cm thick slices, and place them in the center of each pastry circle.
5. Place the prepared puff pastry in the oven preheated to 200°C and bake for about 13 minutes (until the pastry is lightly golden).
