  1. 1. Boil the eggs for about 7 minutes until hard. After boiling, cool them down in cold water and let them sit until completely cooled. Once cooled, carefully peel off the shells.

  2. 2. Cut off the tops of the eggs and scoop out the yolks. Place them in a bowl.

  3. 3. Mash the yolks with a fork and mix them with mayonnaise, chopped chives, salt, and pepper.

  4. 4. Stuff the eggs gently with the filling (be careful not to break the eggs), and cover them with the "caps" (the tops that were cut off earlier).

  5. 5. Prepare decorative olive eyes and feet, and a carrot nose.
