  1. 1. Prepare the filling. Heat half of the olive oil in a pan and add thinly sliced garlic and chopped red onion. Once the vegetables are slightly softened, add the minced chicken and spices. Fry for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.

  2. 2. Add the tomato passata to the meat and cook for another 10 minutes, allowing the sauce to reduce.

  3. 3. Meanwhile, cut the avocado into slices or cubes.

  4. 4. Fill the taco shells with the meat filling.

  5. 5. Garnish with natural yogurt, avocado, and fresh coriander before serving.
