  • Sweet potato0.5× piece (65 g)
  • Pickled cucumber0.5× piece (30 g)
  • Tomato0.5× slice (10 g)
  • Mayonnaise1× teaspoon (10 g)
  • Olive oil1× tablespoon (10 g)
  • Tomato ketchup1× teaspoon (8 g)
  • Lettuce1× leaf (5 g)
  • Salt4× pinch (2 g)
  • Pepper, black1× pinch (1 g)

  1. 1. Season the minced beef with salt and pepper, mix well, and shape it into a burger patty. Set aside.

  2. 2. Wash a large sweet potato thoroughly and cut two slices about 1 cm thick (if washed well, peeling is optional).

  3. 3. Brush the sweet potato slices with olive oil and season lightly with salt and pepper on both sides. Place both the sweet potatoes and the beef patty in a preheated oven at 180°C for 25 minutes. The sweet potatoes should be soft but firm enough to hold as a "bun."

  4. 4. Meanwhile, mix mayonnaise and ketchup in a small bowl. 5. Slice the tomato and pickled cucumber.

  5. 5. Spread the sauce on the sweet potato slices, then layer one with lettuce, the cooked beef patty, tomato, and pickled cucumber. Top with the second sweet potato slice and serve.
