How to make Creamy cheese with green beans, breadcrumbs, fried egg, and sprouts

  1. 1. Wash the green beans and trim the ends. Boil them in salted water until tender but still slightly firm (about 15 minutes). Once ready, drain them.

  2. 2. Mix the cheese with salt, pepper, and chopped chives.

  3. 3. In a heated pan, melt the butter, then add the breadcrumbs and stir. Once done, transfer the mixture to a bowl and set it aside.

  4. 4. In the same pan, fry an egg sunny side up.

  5. 5. On a plate, spread the cheese mixture, then place the warm green beans on top, sprinkling with the prepared breadcrumb mixture.

  6. 6. Finally, place the fried egg on the green beans and top with sprouts.
