  • Eggs chicken1× portion (60 g)
  • Onion2× slice (20 g)

  • Parsley, fresh1× teaspoon (3 g)

  1. 1. Heat half of the olive oil in a pan and fry the blood sausage, breaking it into smaller pieces, until it completely crumbles.

  2. 2. Peel and grate the carrot, and finely chop the onion.

  3. 3. Drain the sauerkraut, and if it's too sour, rinse it lightly with water. You can also chop it a bit.

  4. 4. In a bowl, mix the sauerkraut, grated carrot, onion, the remaining olive oil, erythritol, salt, and black pepper.

  5. 5. In a dry pan, fry an egg sunny side up (if necessary, wipe the pan with a paper towel and lightly grease it to prevent the egg from sticking).

  6. 6. Serve the blood sausage with the sauerkraut salad on a plate. Sprinkle with parsley.
