  1. 1. Place the washed and halved cherry tomatoes, along with the thinly sliced garlic, in an ovenproof dish. Season with salt and pepper, then drizzle with olive oil.

  2. 2. Place the dish with tomatoes in a preheated oven at 180°C for 20 minutes.

  3. 3. Meanwhile, transfer the cheese to a bowl and mix it with salt, pepper, and chopped dill.

  4. 4. In a dry pan or lightly greased with olive oil, fry an egg sunny side up.

  5. 5. On a plate, spread the cheese, place the roasted cherry tomatoes on top, and pour over the sauce that formed from them. Then, place the fried egg on top.

  6. 6. Garnish with sprouts and serve.
