  • Wholemeal tortilla wrap2× slice (80 g)
  • Tuna, canned in brine, drained2× tablespoon (60 g)
  • Eggs chicken1× portion (60 g)
  • Peppers capsicum red2× slice (30 g)
  • Pickled cucumber0.5× piece (30 g)
  • Cheese Cheddar1× slice (20 g)
  • Arugula0.5× cup (10 g)

  1. 1. Boil the egg until hard (about 7 minutes once the water starts boiling). Once it’s done and cooled, slice it.

  2. 2. Slice the bell pepper into strips and the pickled cucumber into slices.

  3. 3. Cut the tortilla from the center to one edge.

  4. 4. On one quarter of the tortilla, place the cheese, then on the next, the tuna, followed by the egg, and finally, the vegetables.

  5. 5. Fold the tortilla by overlapping the sections to form a triangle.

  6. 6. Toast the tortilla in a dry pan on both sides until it’s lightly crispy.
