How to make Udon noodles in honey sauce with chicken

  1. 1. Wash the chicken breast, pat it dry with a paper towel, trim any membranes, and cut it into cubes. Season the chicken in a bowl with salt and coat it in potato flour.

  2. 2. Cook the udon noodles according to the package instructions. Before draining, save 1 ladle of cooking water and set it aside (it will be useful later).

  3. 3. In a larger bowl, mix the soy sauce, honey, reserved cooking water, lime juice, sriracha sauce, grated ginger, and minced garlic.

  4. 4. In a pan, sauté the edamame beans with half the olive oil for 7-8 minutes. Then, remove from the pan.

  5. 5. In the same pan, add the remaining olive oil, add the chicken, and fry for 6-7 minutes. Then, add the sauce and cook for another 2-3 minutes.

  6. 6. Add the edamame beans and cooked noodles. Mix everything thoroughly.

  7. 7. Serve the dish topped with chopped chives and sesame seeds.
