  • Croissants1× piece (60 g)
  • Sugar-free high-protein chocolate pudding2× tablespoon (50 g)
  • Raspberries1× handful (50 g)
  • Blueberries, raw1× handful (50 g)
  • Dark Chocolate2× cube (16 g)
  • Whole milk1× tablespoon (10 ml)

  1. 1. Melt the chocolate and milk in a double boiler.

  2. 2. Cut the croissant in half. Gently press the center of one half with your fingers to create a small hole, and then fill it with pudding. Finally, cover with the other half of the croissant.

  3. 3. Decorate the top of the croissant with slightly melted chocolate.

  4. 4. Peel the banana and slice it. Wash and dry the remaining fruits.

  5. 5. Serve the croissant on a plate with the fruits.
