  • Raspberries1× handful (50 g)
  • Whey protein1× portion (30 g)
  • Coconut oil5× teaspoon (25 g)
  • Erythritol2× tablespoon (20 g)

How to make Chocolate fondant

  1. 1. Melt the chocolate and coconut oil in a double boiler.

  2. 2. Whisk the eggs with erythritol, then add the protein powder and mix again.

  3. 3. Once a smooth mixture forms, lower the speed and gradually add the melted chocolate, mixing well.

  4. 4. Pour the mixture into greased ramekins and bake at 200°C for about 10 minutes.

  5. 5. After baking, remove the ramekins from the oven, wait for 2-3 minutes, and then turn them upside down to release the fondants.

  6. 6. Serve on a plate with fresh raspberries.
