  • Burrata cheese1× package (125 g)
  • Arugula1× cup (20 g)
  • Garlic2× clove (10 g)
  • Olive oil2× teaspoon (10 g)
  • Parsley, fresh1× tablespoon (6 g)
  • Salt4× pinch (2 g)

How to make Sandwich with cooked ham, burrata, roasted cherry tomatoes, and basil

  1. 1. Slice the cherry tomatoes in half, the garlic into thin slices, and chop the parsley.

  2. 2. Place them in a baking dish, drizzle with olive oil, and season with salt. Place in a preheated oven at 180°C and bake for about 20 minutes.

  3. 3. Once the tomatoes are roasted, let them cool slightly.

  4. 4. Toast the bread on a dry pan or in a toaster on both sides.

  5. 5. On half of the toasted bread slices (reserve the rest to cover), layer the ham, arugula, burrata (half on each slice), and top with the roasted tomatoes and garlic.

  6. 6. Cover with the remaining slices of bread.
