How to make Baked sweet potato fries with harissa yogurt sauce

  1. 1. Preheat the oven to 180°C.

  2. 2. Wash, peel, and cut the sweet potato into thicker fries. Season with salt, pepper, cumin, and coat with olive oil. Arrange them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for about 40-45 minutes.

  3. 3. Meanwhile, prepare the sauce by mixing the yogurt, skyr, lemon juice, and chopped dill (leave a bit of dill for garnish) in a small bowl. Season to taste with salt and pepper.

  4. 4. On a dry pan, toast the pine nuts. Then, add olive oil, sweet paprika, hot paprika, granulated garlic, and honey. Stir and set aside.

  5. 5. On a plate, spread the yogurt sauce, top with the baked sweet potatoes, and drizzle with the honey dressing.

  6. 6. Garnish with dill before serving.
