How to make Avocado, tuna, mozzarella, arugula, and tomato sandwich

  1. 1. Scoop out the ripe avocado and slice it. Slice the tomato and mozzarella as well.

  2. 2. Drizzle the bread slices with olive oil and toast them in a dry pan on both sides.

  3. 3. Spread the ripe avocado on half of the toasted bread slices. Season with salt, pepper, and a squeeze of lemon juice.

  4. 4. Top the avocado with tuna, then add arugula, mozzarella slices, and tomato slices.

  5. 5. Cover with the second slice of toasted bread and cut the sandwich in half. You can insert a skewer into each half to keep the sandwich together.
