  • Eggs, chicken, boiled2× piece (100 g)
  • Pickled cucumber1× piece (60 g)
  • Skyr, Icelandic yoghurt3× tablespoon (45 g)
  • Radish red3× root (45 g)
  • Dill, fresh2× tablespoon (10 g)
  • Olive oil1× tablespoon (10 g)

How to make Sandwich with dill dip, radishes, and a fried

  1. 1. Dice the pickled cucumber into small pieces. Slice the radishes thinly.

  2. 2. Mix the skyr with the chopped dill and cucumber. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

  3. 3. Fry an egg in half the olive oil.

  4. 4. Toast the bread slices on both sides in a dry pan, drizzled with the remaining olive oil, until crispy and lightly golden.

  5. 5. Spread the dill dip on the toasted bread, then layer the radish slices and fried egg on top. Season with freshly ground pepper.
