How to make Baked Tortilla with Cottage Cheese, Tuna, Spinach, and Bell Pepper

  1. 1. Preheat the oven to 180°C.

  2. 2. In a bowl, whisk the eggs with cottage cheese, tuna, salt, and black pepper.

  3. 3. Place the tortilla in a round ovenproof dish, forming a "bowl" shape with the edges folded upwards.

  4. 4. Pour the egg, cottage cheese, and tuna mixture over the tortilla, then top with diced bell pepper and spinach.

  5. 5. Sprinkle with grated mozzarella and place in the oven for about 20 minutes.
